My grandmother's family built a picnic shelter high up on the hill by the graveyard, so at least they would be safe up there because at least they can drive up to it. They built it way long before I was born and I am 55 now.
They are at Old Buck on the north side of Jackson, almost in Owsley County. I have not heard anything about Owsley yet but I have cousins there also.
