🥒 ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer.

If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I’m a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.

  1. Only beef that is fed corn in a feedlot is bad for BP…actually it's bad for everyone because cows are not meant to eat corn.

  2. I have to go to the store to get my nails done and I will be home in a few minutes and I will be home by the time you need to get home so I will get it to the shop

  3. Oh I love this episode! It gave me a different perspective of Pakistan. The locals looks optimistic in welcoming visitors. They are very hospitable and very warm and friendly. Eager to share and showcase their cooking culture. Most importantly, the smiles and the golden heart can be seen on their faces when they share the feast.. Kudos and Thank you for sharing this video. My warmest regards to Hunza community! You all are awesome!!…

  4. This man Ali, he is the doppelganger of my maternal uncle… Like a lost twin…. 🤯 And my uncle's name is also Ali. I am dumbfounded 🤯🤯

  5. Something I notice in these videos is that when a huge meal is made for the community that everyone is SUPER grateful and thankful for all the food. Nothing like here in the USA where you will always find someone complaining about something… nothing is ever good enough! So I truly enjoy these videos and love to see everyone in harmony eating together and talking!!

  6. 9:45, Sonny: there are a lot of people watching my video with high blood pressure, that's good news
Me: yeh, I am watching your videos and have high blood pressure, live in the middle of africa with no single yak in the whole continent. Good news alright 🤣🤣
