The Black Eyed Pease pay special tribute to the people of Japan in their latest video. Full recap up next on ClevverMusic.

Hey Black Eyed Peas fans! I’m Bridget Daly for ClevverMusic, recapping their video that just came out today called Just Can’t Get Enough. They ironically shot the vid in Japan shortly before last week’s devastating earthquake and tsunami. The group has dedicated the video to the country, and ask that fans donate to the relief effort if possible. They added links to Red Cross organizations of the US and UK. The video begins with a short message on the screen that reads: “This video was filmed in Japan one week before the earthquake and tsunami. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the people of Japan. We love you.”

The video is shot primarily on the streets of Tokyo, and it almost seems eerie now that we know about the natural disasters that just ravaged that area of the world. Fergie told Entertainment Tonight quote, “It was the easiest video I ever shot because it was us living our lives. It also demonstrates the love and connection we have with Japan. Our heart goes out to all of the Japanese people who have been affected by this natural disaster.” Taboo added, “Japan has always been my favorite place on the planet. It was great to do our video there. God bless the Japanese. Our love goes out to them.”

Pretty cool thing of the Peas to do! Tell us what you think of the video tribute in the comments below, and while you’re there, click subscribe on our page. I’m bridget Daly signing off from the ClevverMusic studios.
