And right next to the puppies is a mother dog, a small dog on a leash! The poor dog was in terrible condition – emaciated, only a skeleton left under his fur!

I might sound a bit harsh but how do all these puppies keep showing up.i am glad they were rescued.but pics r never shown of the pups after
First of all the title isnt even spelled right.second.if this was really happening why is there a cameraman there.at that exact moment.and why are the police never called in.or why do other humans there do nothing
