The pain Stefanie Browitt has endured defies description. When New Zealand’s White Island volcano erupted in December 2019 she suffered horrific burns. Since then she’s had dozens of excruciating surgeries and skin grafts, but for the 26-year-old, the greatest agony has been the loss of her dad and sister who were killed in the disaster. Throughout this awful time though, Steph has always tried to be optimistic, and tonight she wants to share a moment of triumph. That never-ending reminder of her injuries; the uncomfortable compression suits and masks she’s had to be wrapped up in, are coming off. You’re about to see why – inside and out – Stephanie Browitt is truly beautiful.
