The problem is NBC just broke the law. They bought a kit, then had someone else build it for them. That is called manufacturing. Someone at NBC and of the agent who built it needs to go to jail for this.

You know 99% criminals out there have a ghost guns anyway.. serial numbers was either removed from weapon or it was just stolen… so you will not be able to track the serial number directly to the criminal… like come on now…. so stupid…

Bugs me they used Los Angeles statistics because 80% gun kits have been illegal here for nearly a decade. Also, know other people have mentioned thiz, but having someone else assemble this kit for you is a felony. If these are so easy, why not do it yourself to prove your point? Also, back wben 80% was legal in California, if you built one to fully comply with the law you had to submit paperwork & get a serial number. Soooo- now that we hit those points, what is going to stop criminal from stealing of buying a stolen gun, or a smugglex gun?
