1. hi. i noticed something amber said about the donations to charity. she stumbled and said obligated when she was saying that she had not donated the money from the divorce. i think she's trying to get the divorce settlement and "obligate" johnny to pay the charity for her while she gets credit.
   also she's trying to measure her facial expressions and her timing is retched. maybe with a director and retakes she could be believed because she is overplaying the emotional faces because she is not emotionally able to pull from anything. she looks like shes studying daytime soap opera.

2. Amber's semantics game with the words pledge and donate bring to mind the Seinfeld skit where Jerry Seinfeld RESERVED the car but the rental representative failed to actually HONOR the reservation.

3. At one point in her testimony, she also said that she approached Johnny to try to CONVINCE him to have her sign a prenup but he refused.

    Also Amber said she suffered hair loss from the stress of the abuse. Sounds to me she used that alleged hair loss to frame JD of “ripping” it out.

15. A black eye takes at least 2 weeks to fade enough to be able to be covered with makeup. She is extremely fair, and I highly doubt, that even the best makeup artist would’ve been able to cover up a broken, or swollen nose, the day after the incident. She is a disgusting human being. Any true domestic violence victim would not be begging their abuser to come back. Just the thought of getting a respite from the abuse would’ve been a dream come true. Domestic abusers don’t change. If he abused her so comfortably, he would have had a long history of prior abuse. According to all his exes, especially his ex wife , whom he left for Amber, he has never been abusive. If she were telling the truth there’d be a line of women waiting to testify against him. I do believe he probably did look over her wardrobe and scripts, and that was jealous. However, after looking at the rotating door of lovers she had, I don’t blame him. My last point; the thought of constantly cheating on an extremely abusive partner, would have been extremely out of the question , were it me. She didn’t look like she was too worried about Johnny’s health, or her safety while she was on the elevator with Franco.

16. Although it’s hard for those of us on team Johnny to hear, I do agree that we differ to Mr. Melcher, as he is the only legal expert amongst us. This is also a good learning opportunity, IMHO. As a former victim of domestic abuse, it disgusts me the lengths she has been willing to go through to hurt this man she ‘loved’ so much. If this was not a smear campaign, why not just take your settlement and go about your business. Instead, she seems to have dedicated herself to destroying Johnny. I think it’s the attention and pity party she craves. She had Elon , Franco, and I’m sure anyone else she wanted who she could’ve mooched money from, yet she is totally fixated on Johnny.

17. One thing people do when they want to deceive you is they'll add all sorts of unnecessary detail. They'll embellish something that's near the topic but not exactly the topic. Amber with her details about the "dirty carpet" and the "blue light" and don't forget being "pinned face-down on the bed", does not address the subject. She sounds like she hired (or intimidated) a cheesy, "C" level low-budget script writer, to write this script for her. I guess she forgot to tell them to research and not plagiarize successful movies.

26. I'm a slow healer but if I get a good scrape or boo boo sometimes it will take months to heal so the last couple months it will look like a scar but eventually disappears‼️ I've actually had scars disappear after a year or more ‼️

30. hi Andy I've been watching your vids and I wanted to share something with you , am not savvy on You Tube but I just noticed something, remember the pic of Amber saying that Johnny had cocaine on the glass table? there is a cup that amber uses, take a look at the video she recorded on Johnny slamming cabinets OMG it's the same cup she's holding , plus there is another pic of 3 bags of marijuana and that cup she was holding is in the pic ..go check it out, OMG she set up Johnny

She is lying for me she's always lied about him but the clip of thev3 day assault she took 2 pics of the bathroom mirror but none of herself and she thinks we all believes her 😆….. even in all the audio's not once do you hear her say look what you did to me last night, which is women all over we can't help ourselves you try to make them feel guilty by pointing out what they did and she never did it once in any of the recordings. Trust that would of been said in atleast 1 audio if not them all lol
