Big News – An Eruption Could be Imminent in Iceland – Location Video

Spread The Viralist

Things are only getting worse here in Iceland as the earthquakes are now directly under an old row of craters called Eldvörp near the fishery town Grindavík. The strongest one occurred while uploading (MW4,6) and I will add information to the video description if I see a reason to as things move on around here. But here is a good 4K overflight that shows you around in this spectacular volcano region.

I will add information here if needed but it’s also my plan to upload a new video tomorrow where I cover the Grindavík earthquakes in depth with new footage.

  1. Thank you for this great overview. I find these images fascinating from my perspective of a remote scientist. The geology is intriguing.
    Best regards dear sir🌋⛰

  2. Thank you for the updates. It would nice to have another tourist volcano, not interfering with anyone. Looking forward to your next video. Be safe, thank you

  3. Were the 13th century eruptions in this area sub glacial? (I guess not given we're relatively low lying and near the sea), but I do wonder how the dynamics of the modern eruptions (and lava flows) would be when referencing the extent of 13th century equivalents in these areas, if the climate, and season is much warmer then the flows could be far more extensive…we will see!

  4. God loves you so much that He sent His Holy Son Jesus from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin, to grow up and die on a cross for our sins, and to be put into a tomb 3 days and rise from the dead the third day, and He (Jesus) went back up to heaven. We must receive Sinless Jesus sincerely to be God's child(John 1:12).After we get saved by grace through faith in Christ, if we truly love the Lord Jesus Christ, then we will obey Jesus(John 14:15). Mark 1:15 "And saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: Repent ye, and believe the gospel." Jesus said in John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments. "There's a real hell. It says in Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters & all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone…" Please sincerely receive Holy Jesus and put your true faith and trust in Him today and please repent.

  5. Many thanks for your update videos!
And even if it fades out for nothing to come, we get a better and better feeling about Iceland… Until we will be surprised again, I guess 😉

  6. 🙏Hi friends I have videos for you on bible prophecy and on the destruction of Damascus and on the end times. Please go to Papa Joe Fortner or shockwaves of the end times or The watchmen series with papa joe. Thank you and God bless you all 🙏

  7. Whenever there should be an eruption at the Eldvörp craters this will be a huge problem for the Keflavík international airport! The craters are located just on the approach path to runway 10 (used with northerly winds) and airliners have to pass the waypoint SUVIL at 1800 feet over craters to align to the ILS path. No way in case there is any activity there!

I will have a look out of the window when I pass by next week 🙂

  8. Great news! 👍
(maybe not for everyone but I know the international community following the volcanic activity actually roots for eruptions)

  9. I assume that any new land to the south is appreciated, especially if it can make some nice harbors for a port or two.

  10. You were on the money with the location of the last eruption and I remember your video of the night valley a couple of weeks before the eruption started. I got to know that valley well over the 100 days that it lasted for. If it does happen I hope that no one loses their homes, like last time.

  11. Is it mainly the south that get earthquakes?or is the northern part quite calm?i see so many fault lines from your drone footage

  12. Really fascinating. Thanks for all your hard work keeping us up to date. Can't wait till I can visit Iceland again. Meanwhile, I watch your postings.

  13. Thank you for giving us updates..these volcanoes in Iceland are truly interesting as well as beautiful. I'm new here and I'm looking forward to your news.🙂I really love your drone filming also.

  14. Can't wait for the next days, weeks, months. Hopefully it erupts nice and far from the population! Thank you for your updates!

  15. I was fascinated by Bob and family last year. That was spectacular! However, I hope everyone is safe, should another eruption begin. With Etna, Kilauea's reactivation (Does she ever take a rest, really?) and the eruption last year, I wonder what Vesuvius might do. Yipes! Mom, where did Naples go?!

  16. What’s the rough timeline for something like this? Is there a chance I see lava flow next week?

(I know this is not something that happens on a schedule, but you know better than I if these earthquakes signal an eruption in a week or if it’s a matter or months)

  17. Watching with you as always. Hoping this eruption follows similar behaviour as before ( not too close to towns and livelihoods ), but great for visitors. Given the terrain seems 'flatter' though, this will be a whole new experience for those of us who watched the last eruption.

  18. Don’t be so gloomy. Look on the bright side. You’ll get a new landscape that’s like getting a new car. Plus you be flooded with thrillseeking tourists bringing lots of yummy cash into the country.
Maybe you can sell some pickled penguin by the roadside and make a motzillar load weekend cash. Tell the tourists at the A hole is the most tasty part and sell it for an extra five euro. And have an Icelandic joke on them eh?

  19. Huh, interesting. Did geologist detect any uplift at Grindivak? Since there is intense earthquake swarm ongoing at right now, as 10 quakes at mag 3.0 or higher, last one is 3.2 mag at 5.4 km deep in 21:50:00. There is lot of quakes fluctuating at numerous depth, starting from 0.1 km to 10km as well.

  20. You never really know where fissures could pop up on the reykjanes peninsula being right on the divergent boundary of the mid Atlantic ridge Where land spreads

  21. So unusual to sea a video about a possible volcano eruption that isn't about worst case disaster, but is excited about the most tourist attracting scenario. But that's what really should be expected from the land of Heimaey and Surtsey.
