The Twisted Story Of Michele Neurauter

When a mother-of-three was discovered dead inside her home it appeared to be a tragic case of suicide. But a closer look at the scene of her death and the strange behaviour of the people closest to her would soon lead police to uncover a plot so warped it still haunts the community unlucky enough to live through it.

This is the case of Michele Neurauter, a story so twisted it will leave you wondering if there’s anyone on the planet you can ever really trust.

  1. OH MY God! When I heard her say "Oh yea she is in my apartment" after she was sobbing…boy she changed her tone quick

  2. The way she laughed and smiled with her father on the call! What type of daughter is she?! Not a ounce of regret in their voice at all!
At the end betrayed her father too as if she didn't help him at all.

  3. I understand everyone reacting to the daughter's phone call because it was blatant but the thing I found most chilling was her father speaking to the police in the car (starting at 3:10 ). His ex wife, mother of his kids had just been found dead and he is jumping right in with undermining her as an adult ("tantrum") and speaking about her ability to kill herself without a shred of compassion. It felt like excuses and setting a scene. Everything about it was so devoid of emotion, the look in his eyes was cold AF and there was something domineering. At 3:35 when he says, "She was just completely out of control" the little nod and way his eyes narrowed chills me to the core.

  4. to be fair, you'll see scratch marks around the neck of suicide by hanging victims often since the body's survival instinct will take over when someone is dying, so that piece of information is a little irrelevant

  5. I just learned of a case that happened about a week ago, involving a 36-year-old woman, Lacey Fletcher, that is so unbelievably bizarre, tragic, shocking and heartbreaking, that I had to immediately share it with every true crime YouTuber I could think of.

My jaw is still on the floor.

Correction: Lacey passed on January 3, 2022. Her parents were arrested and indicted last week.

  6. Just wander, if she is going to have a kid, will she think her kid can do same what she did to her mother? How she can leave with her self?

  7. A case from my hometown, which I think needs a lot more attention is the Bentley Miller case from Butler, Pennsylvania. He was 4 years old. The story is crazy. And the Mother only got a slap on the wrist and then she went to jail again a few years later for driving a car for her new bf, while he committed a drive by shooting on his ex gf who was pregnant with his twins and her one year old son. This is a quiet town. So, it was very disturbing that she was involved in two crimes involving children!

  8. Could you cover the children-eating cannibal in Great Falls, Montana, late 1995 a boy went missing. A crazy story that developed the picture of plotting of evil. Under the garage concrete slab….

  9. Btw that former football player cop made my day! Hope he broke a few of that bastards bones too. "Oops my gun went off in your knee. Such a tragedy "

  10. As a woman who grew up with a narcissist abusive father. I dont understand how she could support him. Maybe he was nicer than my old man but he would try to blame mom for everything too. But I knew better. She was the 9ne trying to look after us and care for us. Sorry but I suspect that girl takes after her daddy. She has to he a narcissist too. I dont feel like she was manipulated. I have no sympathy for her at all

  11. It's downright ludicrous how people keep falling for it. Like… she got, what, 1 – 3 years? Hello, why are we letting an accomplice to a heinous murder get away with it? No, no, no… don't give me that "But she was emotionally abused"-spiel. I suffered considerably more, longer and more aggressive emotional and physical abuse at the hands of my parents. Which, obviously, included veiled attempts by them to set me up against each other. Hey, they were divorced and it wasn't exactly amicable. What did that do for me? Well… I just ended up telling them they're both dead to me, a few years back. Which was a long time coming.
During my childhood, I received regular beatings (extended spankings, to be precise), was constantly belittled by both my parents, was put under a freezing shower (fully clothed) more than once, grew up in a filthy household infested with fleas, silverfish and other crawlies, had salt water shoved up my nose on an almost daily basis for God knows what reason, etc, etc, etc. Want more? I forgot most of it, CPTSD-related dissociation.
But, still… had one of my parents forced me into participating in the murder of the other, I would've gone — F- THIS SHIT, I'M OUT.
Instead of actually cooperating like Karrie did. Don't buy into her routine. Not for one minute. She is far more culpable than she appears to be.

  12. It’s sickening what the daughter did …to even agree to be involved only on hopes that her psychotic father wouldn’t kill himself…knowing damn well he wouldn’t have anyway because he was a coward! I do believe tho that Michele wouldn’t have wanted to see her daughter serve a life sentence and she would’ve probably placed blame on the father ….so the letter from the grandmother to the judge makes sense and I can understand in a way but I also feel like Kerrie got way too light of a sentence and should’ve gotten at least ten years to dwell of the role she played in her mothers murder!

  13. Ok I’m literally three minutes in and haven’t read any comments or anything but when it okayed the daughters voice in the beginning and she sounded so very upset and so distraught….then her voice changed drastically and she didn’t sound so upset so I’m really wondering about that! Curious to know if the daughter had anything to do with this!

  14. “Haha, could you cry” what a twisted pair of father and daughter. I wonder what would go on behind closed hotel room doors at this point.

  15. These are so well done, the music the narration everything on point. Appreciate the content 🙏🏻

  16. The phone call with Karrie was horrific! OMG poor Michele!! And those two other girls are going to have to live with the fact that their parents AND big sister killed their mother!!!
