3:20 DDO NOT EVER POUR WATER ON BURNING OIL IN THE KITCHEN!!!! The oil is hydrophobic (won't mix with water) so the water will knock the oil up out of the pan and into your face. The correct way to deal with these sorts of situations is to remove the pan from the heat and put a lid over it, effectively suffocating the fire (a fire needs oxygen, just like you). Fuck man he could've been seriously seriously hurt. DO NOT PLAY WITH FIRE!!!!
Remember kids, put a lid on a grease fire. Don't pour water on it.
