this is so sad, so much life to give. i urge parents to teach their children how to swim. Us latin children learn how to swing at a young age in our countries, i was born in puerto rico and mom is dominican and since i was 4 i have known how to swim. there is no way this could of happened if they knew how to swim, maybe the teen who had the accident could not maybe swim because of the accident but the other could of maybe survived or done more. blessings to the families
