8:30 That appears to be a person in black (could be an intruder/squatter or a hoax) that has their shoulder leaning into the room with their arm hooked around the corner and is working the light switch from out of frame. You can see a slight black bump protruding from right around where someone's head would be with their shoulder at that level. Seems like they may have been peaking into the room and either seen the camera and froze or they're just part of the hoax.
