1:18:10 So liz had been missing over for 4 years but police never processed her car or the flat tire even though they had it in their custody the whole time?… When they finally do a search of the vehicle, why do they wait to do it in the pitch dark and have to use their flashlights? Don't their storage facilities have electricity or lights?

How horrible that someone puts this kind of guilt on the train driver. Hi just shows just how much florida dismisses many homicides as natural death and suicide.
They tried to dismiss my mother's murder as natural death until I was adamant it wasn't. 5 yrs later the woman was sentenced to 30 yrs in prision.

I think that if I found out that I could not only have saved the life of the girl that was moaning but then basically told the killer to go finish her off I would highly consider suicide. That would be tough to live with

The legal definition of insanity is completely at odds with the psychiatric diagnosis of psychosis (insanity)….people who demonstrate extreme psychosis are able to determine right from wrong, and can cover culpability. What they cannot do is tell the difference between reality and it’s reverse. For example, most people would agree that satanic entities are imaginary or not real; however, a person in the grip of psychosis may believe that they could be absolutely real and could also order the person to do terrible things, even though the person can articulate that those things are wrong. THAT is insanity, folks! It’s just another way our society demonstrates zero understanding of mental illness.

-on the very first time I hear the suspects initial story of what happened and it just doesn’t make sense common sense wise or logistically isn’t sufficient then it’s a bad cover up from the perpetrator attempting to direct suspicion
