  6. It’s very evident that the male owner of this starving dog has not missed a meal in many, many months but he can’t see that this poor dog has its ribs showing? They could have bought it packs of hot dogs. Cheap and very filling. Disgusting!

  18. What is this place it looks like a war sown …so this is America ???? These people should be fined and have the dogs taken away for good, what I can’t understand is why on earth do they want dogs ????the women that owns them does not look as if she is undernourish…..

  21. Please do not take on a animal if your not knowledgeable about their physical and mental needs. If you find yourself neglecting your animal, be the hero and give them up to the right people. Thats true Mana and humanity. However it angers me to see over fed people with string animals, it's depraved and sickening.
