Dogs and cats do have spirits, I'm guessing JC had a restless spirit that didn't know he was dead but like all restless spirits, he probably found his way to the rainbow bridge as they call it. He must have loved you very very much.

I'm not into pets so that aspect of this account doesn't faze me. Since it is so straight I would have to go with the floating spider web theory and you brushed it aside/damaged it moving around the room. Or it was right in front of the camera moving back and forth and you disturbed it when you got over there with the flashlight. The "ghost" images I have seen are blobs, irregular, etc. This was very regular. Until the next HHG ….

And a cobweb would do that especially when a spider is still connected to it. Its only lightning up where the light is. Its literally an inch or a foot from the lens. Not across the room. Its probably so small you couldn't even see it unless you were looking. The spider eventually drops off and it drifts to the wall or somewhere and its gone.
Lol. Easy to identify. Your camera puts out ultraviolet light. Most insects eyes reflect this light. Its a spider web close to your camera and maybe a spider on it. Plain and simple

I think what you have here is a spider and its web. It was probably crawling on the ceiling and lowering its web to try and catch bugs flying in the air. I think it was fairly close to the recording camera the entire time and it just looked like it was moving to other places in the house. It reflected in the IR light but if you watch where you start searching with a flashlight, you can see it there too. https://youtu.be/aAy5mYAvlKQ?t=789 As the camera switches from IR to natural, you can see the web reflecting from the flashlight light on the left of the screen. It even appears to move over the chair. The bangs and collars though, I have no idea unless there were small quakes in your area at that time. That's easily verifiable.

I am not a big believer, but there is a shadow that comes down the stairs in the second clip. And walks through the room into the next one.
This looks like a single spider web strand. At 13:08 when you shine your light you can see it on the left side when the light hits it. As for it going across the room, spider webs tend to do that. I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing the furry ones is super hard.
Sincere condolences on the loss of two lovely dogs. Thanks for sharing the video. It was incredibly interesting. My attitude to the paranormal.. I hope it does exist it's a boring world if it doesn't but I do always look for the boring answer anyway. So like you my thought was cobweb or perhaps a flying insect trailing something it got caught up in earlier. BUT you didn't see it right in front of your noses and the collars fell ( which you may have heard) . That to me is the most special as it is the one thing ( timing asides) that links the incident directly to your dogs. So I don't know what it was Sean but it's nothing to freak about, it could have been a bunch of coincidences or it could have been your lovely loyal dogs. I hope it was the latter because that would be beautiful.
Very sorry for your loss. I lost my 2 ferrets just over a year ago. They were 9 and 10 years old. ( Baby and Otis) I remember the night they went to sleep I laid down in bed and had a warm sensation next to my chest. It felt as if they were both curled up next to me. I had a very vivid dream of them running and playing together that night. Otis was diagnosed with cancer a few years before his passing and had lost most of his sight. I had a light bar I draped over their cage knowing his sight was failing I thought it would be easier for him to find his cage in the dark where his food and water was kept. He had a habit of goofing around and unplugging the light bar. After they passed I bought a table to keep their ashes on and draped the light bar over the table and kept them where their cage was. I remember several times over the next several months I would constantly find the light bar either unplugged or on the floor. I can’t explain it ( I live alone and had no other pets at the time ) I do know they’re at peace and I know your pups are at peace as well. Thank you for sharing this .
I think its ur dogs coming back to visit u my dog Amy died I had her for 15 years she was always with me .. when she died the next day I can here her walk in around the house… i freak out but then I felt her around me like she came to let me know that she's safe and good and around me still I started to cry . knowing she's alright …🙏🙏 RIPS Amy…..

I guess keep us posted, Sean. Very interested to hear what the camera/security company could determine if you end up contacting them. Maybe video equipment is advancing and we can see more than ever before. Now that UFOs are real, maybe it's time for the ghosts to up their game. It's a head-scratcher for sure.
OK ive watched this footage a few times now, here's my take on it. IT not a cobweb, its not a laser beam, its not sunlight, all i can say its a sprit cord of something or someone that has just departed this life into the next. JC was there my friend .i am sure of it.
