He was Depressed, Exhausted After Many Days Begging for Help From Passersby
Meet Boiko! This doggy was dumped by owner. He is depressed and very sick! He was tied to a tree by the roadside. Boiko is in a very critical condition. He could only end up begging for help from passersby. Lots of traffic, but no one to help Boiko. He was trying even though his breathing was very heavy.
