Albanians….. what is it with people in these countries, it's like animal abuse is a national pastime, like the national IQ Level is destroyed by centuries of peasant diet, religious dogma, political instability, seriously, the number of animal abuse videos that come out of these countries is beyond "acceptable", maimed, beaten and discarded dogs lying around the streets with even "ordinary" looking people walking past with a demented acceptance of it, yeah they have a lot of stray dogs and it's common for people to see it, but it's the cruelty, the sheer f-cking insanity of the kinds of abuse that's the issue. If there were dogs lying around with cruel abuse injuries in the streets where I live, there would be public outcry, the perpetrators would be found, either by the police or rangers or worse for them, members of the community.
