19. when I lived in vagas I would not just go when the light turned because there would be a red light runner ..almost all the time guess they feel lucky!

Here's how we can honor Goynes-Brown's plea that we be more "viligant": According to the National Safety Council’s National Center for Health Statistics the chances of being killed in an automobile are 1 in 114 while the chances of being killed in a mass shooting are 1 in 15,325. With that in mind we should immediately ban all vehicles with more than one seat and prohibit that seat from being adjustable. Ban engines with more than two cylinders. Ban vehicles that can travel at more than 20 MPH. Require FBI and DHS background checks for all drivers and vehicle owners. Mandate a 30-day waiting period on the purchase of any vehicle. Prosecute vehicle owners if someone else gains access to their vehicle and that vehicle is subsequently involved in an accident. Require that all sales of used vehicles be fulfilled through a 3rd party dealer with a Federal Vehicle License a violation of which will be a felony. Ban all vehicle sales at auto shows. Limit the number of cup holders to one.
