3. O my so many dogs on the loose in such a small area.
   I live in the south east of England UK, way back in the early 60s we used to have dogs wandering around, ( some used to chase cars & cyclists ) but not on this scale. Some time around then it was made law in the UK that anyone wanting to own a dog had to have a dog license, making them responsible for their dogs behaviour, plus if you ran over a dog and injuring it whilst driving you had to report it, if not you would be committing a criminal offence. That law still stands today, although we no longer have to have a dog license. The end result is, we very rare,y see a stray dog these days. Just a thought as a suggestion, if it’s not already in practice, maybe it’s worth introducing a trial run on dog owners having to have a dog licence which would make them responsible for their dog should it bite or attack anyone or do any damages to anyone’s property, ( of cos proof. Would be needed ) if it results in reducing stray dogs, wouldn’t it be worth it

4. Oh my gosh, so many dogs running loose and trying to find food and drink. That is so sad, They are taping these dogs, but what happens after that? We are saving dogs across the Atlantic in the Baltics, but we let them run loose in TX? Why is this allowed? It was said it is not allowed to feed strays in Houston? What can be done then?

20. Wtf is wrong with people? Letting puppies and grown up dogs roam free without taking care of them? Put all those humans in an iseland without food or water and let them feel how it is to be a dog not taken care of… Makes me both sad and angry that ppl do not take responsibility for their dogs…

21. Wow,wow I say it again because I have never seen this many dogs just left to there own devices!! That's just so god awful!!! It looks like dogs people didn't even want why because they don't have the time for them there to busy can't afford to get it some food how can anyone think like that or treat them like that they have feelings to they get hungry they get sick they get hurt cause of either there to young to know about the dangers of the streets and the way cars can really harm you which people will do cause they think there being cool what a bunch of crock to why someone would do that to any innocent puppy or dog it's what makese mad!!!! I totally love all DOG'S I have 2of my own!!! Me and my boy friend he's got one I've got the other and we own our own home and there well cared for and well fed !!! All shots up to date fur is flea free never had a flea in there lives cause of clean home good best brand dog food high maintenance food and a topping to go with it!!!! This is a dog's dream house that REALLY does exsist and tons of love to go around for a lifetime of dogs it were only allowed to have 2 dogs where we live otherwise I would have more but I can't and I feel so bad about that!! So I try to love mine as much as possible toake up for ones I can't bring home!!! That really hurts me but I couldn't do something to ever cause a dog any kind of pain like a Horder would that's not right I don't agree with people like that but if the dog is in need of help I will help right away!!!! No if ands or buts you know what I mean!!!???? My heart is for every and all dogs allover the world anywhere!! Me and my man are so,so against the China dogs tht are used to for human consumption and that's so disgusting it's not a normal sounding country I don't like what there doing over there and all of Asia other places as well anyone that does things to be cruel to dogs arnt looked at like a human being that's not human at all I hope your understanding of what it is that I'm trying to say!!!?? I love dogs to my heats content all dogs oh I wish I could turn into a dog anytime I wanted to I'd be like go and free all the dogs in trouble by having them follow me to a safe place showthem how to get good food not garbage!!!! Good dream huh?? But thank you for letting me yapping on about me to you and my dogs as well too we both have love for lots of dogs we even have our last ones in urns to we keep them all close to CC ause we love them too we just can't part when it's time for us to say goodbye but they know we love them so much and all are remembered cause we ALWAYS have conversations about our memories of them!!! 29. LIKE OMG! In Canada, we have laws that state if you own a dog, it has to have a collar and be leashed at all time unless the dog is in your enclosed backyard. I love the lady that when asked, if everything is full what do you do, do you leave him? Her reply, is i can't leave a dog that's like this and something that sounds my husbands going to kill me. You are a hero as far as i'm concerned and to all the animals you help. I have 4 huskies and a yorkie and i'm totally disabled, but they have warm beds, a large enclosed backyard to play, but they are spayed/neutered, have their yearly vaccines and checkups, they sleep and hang out in the house, especially on hot days, we keep them in air conditioning but above all they have plenty of food and water and they are all loved equally. This is why i can't take another dog but if I were healthy and living in your area, I would be helping in any way i can. Thank you for doing this, you are saints. God will remember, how you treat the vulnerable, his beautiful creations. I pray they all find great homes, they deserve it after living like this.

31. OMG! Stray dog city is right! I could not leave that city without taking one of those dogs home.

32. This demonstrates a huge failure by the county to provide for low cost spay neuter for pets of low income families, and for the local veterinary association to provide free services to pets of the homeless. Shameful!

34. Are there-no leash laws or requirements for vaccinations and tags that would allow for pick ups of strays? In a city where there is such wealth this is an unbelievable situation.

36. ALL of Texas has a big problem with the costs of spaying and neutering. I lived most of my life in other states, and due to marrying a Texan, ended up here. I could have three dogs spayed back home for what it costs to spay one dog, here. For the first time in my life, I own a dog that isn't spayed. I keep her well penned, as I do with all of them, and don't let them run the neighborhood like wild banshees. I wish I could say the same for my neighbors. A dog is shot about once a month or so for fighting, biting people, killing chickens, and so forth. My love is horses, and nothing comes before them. I can buy 8 or more round bales of hay for what I was quoted to spay this last dog my husband brought home, which was $348. With horses to feed, getting her spayed is not exactly on the priority list when I can simply keep her separated from other dogs, and there she will stay until they bring the costs down to a reasonable amount.

38. I hope you know now that any animal marked with blue or purple are either bate dogs or will so be used as one. Please report or pick up animals with these colours sprayed or marked this way PLEASE you'll be saving livers and shutting down dog fighting rings
