   Given she is also special needs, I would contact an American dogo argentino specialist rescue, and ask if they could raise money and take her in, to live in cofort, with very experienced rescue people.

   It would be the kindest for her. You have so many dogs in need, you can't supply the huge time and money investment to give her the best life. I think there is a dogo argentino rescue in California and in Oregon. There are probably other rescues, but that is a start. There are dog loving people with private planes that offer free transport across America, so you need transport to US and any gov. Quarantine costs

    Actually, come to think of it, I’ve seen these people swoop in on other vet/ rescue channels and plead for euthanasia, and I’m of the opinion that these folk are blatant trolls who get off on upsetting people in the comments.
