Weston was an abandoned dog who had been living at a truck stop for months and months. We rescued him in late 2021. Soon after we posted his story, he was featured on The Dodo’s “Adopt Me!” series! And now his story is complete!

While I recognize fostering is an essential service and those who provid it are absolutely wonderful people, I still always feel sorry for an animal like Winston who spends so much time letting his guard down, finally getting adjusted to his new family only to be abandoned by them to new owners again. I'm sure he's fine but I still feel sorry for them having to go through that process.
