  1. Amazing, the algorithm and betting bots put up an ad for a football game nft on this vid. Including the "pretending to be humanitarian" with a bit about donating kit to kids clubs.

  2. I'm 25 minutes in and this doesn't exactly sound like an impartial perspective. Dude is throwing out insults like he's been scorned by some kind of crypto start up he invested in.

  3. This is such a good explanation of what NFTs are, why they rose up, and what's going on, so much better than I've seen before, and I'm grateful for it. It's so frustrating for me right now because I'm deep int he video game space and it seems like every day, another company is expressing interest in bringing NFTs to their game, sometimes even expressing this view that playing games for fun should logically be the outlier and not the norm. NFTs really are the culmination of money-focused minds, of people who keep monetary gain as their first and foremost goal at all times, regardless of if they realize it or not. And it's fucking scary, because that's where we are right now, we're at the mercy of these people, the 5% trying to become the 1%, trying to push forward these things that would hurt everyone, for the sake of this delusion.

  4. The total available market bs is what they teach at business school, where you calculate it very optimistically and hope that no one questions you about it if you are charismatic enough in your pitch. Not that its not a useful metric, but from being in these business classes because they don't tie business planning to any real project, anything goes and the specifics don't matter.

  5. I would not recommend this video to anyone tbh, missing a basic understanding of the tech which leds you to make a emotionally motivated 2 hour rant filled with semantics and propaganda.

  6. 1:49:00 you absolute quoted everything but not the best #luna

are you a fucking troll ?

Luna has billions of users, and it's still 0.30$ even for billions in move. ( currently number 9 )

so much non sense and pessimistic takes.

Also privacy is possible on every chain via mixer or even SCRT type of chains.

5 to 17 dollar with no users on tezos LOL ,that's complete shit bro ! yeh indeed, this is just a shit project.

  7. A genuinely interesting video that kept me watching to the end, and then going back to check the skipped 2008 economic crisis part, not because I didn't already know the mechanics of why the 2008 crisis happened, but because of how easy to watch the rest of the video was. Frankly, i'm not particularly interested in nft's or cryptocurrency in the first place (mostly because I don't need to be, i'm fully satisfied with what I have), but at least on personal experience, I think your caricature of a nft evangelist is surprisingly on point, especially your part about the ultimate desire being 'wanting to be the boot'.

  8. I am so glad I took the time to watch this. Immensely educational, always captured my attention, and worth the length of the video as it described every portion in depth. Well done!!!

  9. When a Canadian citizen operating under a charter from the crown and not a Constitution or a Bill of Rights tries to speak against the technology that’s empowered millions who are not allowed to have a bank account. I take issues with your privilege. Don’t conflate bitcoin with NFTS that’s like conflating Italian espresso with Folgers coffee

  10. Nice research , well done. However, I feel this approach is more targeted toward capitalism and its downsides and most of these same arguments can be used for other capitalist practices.

There is too much money flowing into the whole crypto space to ignore, and there is no wrong in making money by trading trends, thats the whole point of being a trader

  11. I've started to believe that our world as we know it and our collective species is doomed. Not because of NFTs or cryptocurrency, but I can't help but feel like this kind of shit is but one of the countless other symptomatic indicators of the (virtually, at this point) inevitable decline and demise we're destined to face at the hands of climate change and the hubris/lack of concern of the relative few.

I hate to acknowledge or even suggest it, but looking at the different kinds of wheels set in motion (and the sheer number of them operating in overlap), it just feels like hyper-dystopian decay, doom, and eventual premature extinction is the most probable outcome. This fucking world.

  12. I literally received an ad about earning an NFT while watching this video, I can't even pay to study in a private school and this bitches want to get me into gambling fake internet money
