1) 0:24 It looks like a short person (i.e. child), wearing sweat-shirt and sweat-pants. I can't see a head or black hair, so not sure if it's the girl's brother. Girl is looking away at that split second. How does someone run so fast and silently? It didn't strike me as demonic. I don't know if it's real, but my first reaction was – fake.
2) 0:28 I can't see whatever the focus of this video is, but at the same time, I feel I have seen that garden on Youtube before; where the camera seems to be fixed. I could be wrong, but I thought there was another video showing something white coming into that garden/yard that clung to the right hand fence, in the other video I once saw.
3) He likes to tease viewers. I saw nothing until 01:03. Teasing him back, I would say the object is a cloud of hair spray settling after a major styling session, lol. Seriously though, it looked like the kind of ectoplasm partial materialisation thing I have seen in other videos that looked genuine, although usually it is dark at the time.
