Bugs are creepy enough on their own, but it’s even worse when they’re as big as you and trying to eat your face. Can the crew, including Jack Black, Adrien Brody, and Andy Serkis survive?

  1. This is what I wanted to see in Kong Skull Island. kinda wanted to see the survivors well “survive” on the island and fall in a similar pit but ten times more terrifying. Not to say Skull Island is terrible without this scene just would’ve liked to see the movie have something similar.

  2. Without a doubt the #1 creepiest and terrifying scene in the movie considering that it shows giant bugs attacking and killing the sailors who fell at the bottom of a cliff. Add to the fact that they have very creepy-looking designs for giant bugs makes this scene even more iconic and unforgettable. Even the dinosaurs or Kong or even the natives can't top these giant bugs in terms of creepiness and that's saying alot.

  3. I feel so bad for Lumpy (the one eaten by the giant worms). Mostly because it's so clear that he's entomophobic (abnormally fearful of insects), so this scene wanted to prove a point. Also, for a moment (0:31) he got out of the worm pit, then for some reason, probably by equilibrium issues, he's back there. Damn. 🤦‍♂️

  4. Lumpy, is the only one, who fights and kills a few of the Carnictis
, only to get surrounded and eaten by them. Carl fighting as hard as he can by close range with a rifle against the Weta rexs and, is the only one fighting, the Decarnocimexs, either killing injury. As Jimmy and Jack fight and kill or injury Weta rexs. Jimmy shoots 12 giant Weta-rexs that are trying to eat Jack, and wounding or killing a Deplector while doing so. Causing the first wave of, the smaller, giant bugs(Weta Rexs and Decarnocimexs) to retreat. But then in a second wave are attacked by more Deplectors with Arachno Claw. Which all, that came out from the holes on the walls, are shot by Captain Englehorn, Bruce Baxter, and other crewmen,
and killed with falling down and crushingly killing the ones below.
