  1. I once did mail delivery in a summer job and I can assure you that not once was I greeted friendly by the dogs. They all hated me.

  2. The description under the video tells more about their relationship. He's on Instagram (of course he is). I was a Letter Carrier AND owned a lovely 160 lb. Bullmastiff. I had la lot of walking routes and in 31 years only got bit twice, but MANY encounters and close calls. I could practically sense when a junk yard dog was in the yard. In my area leash laws were not a thing, but when the law got passed, it was much safer. I would recommend a BM, but make sure they were bred "to type", so many were rushed into breeding and not true to original form. Of course, there are rescues, too. Dogs anticipate the carrier coming – hear the vehicle and know the usual time of day. Some get anxious and are angry, some are like this flubberbubber and nothing but sweet. Problem with treats, if you didn't TELL the Carrier who relieved you that the dog expected it, they'd think it was a demon dog racing toward them to destroy them. 👿

  3. Wow such a gorgeous big boy, so lovely to see the mail lady giving him a cuddle, I know I would too if I was able to. Great video thanks 💖😁

  4. There is no such thing as a mailwoman or a mailman. We have “letter carriers” that have routes designed to bring mail to your place of residence, or business.

  5. Awww. Our mail carriers are heros of the first order. They maintained professionalism good attitudes while the fascist piece of s*** Trump tried to ruin their business with the garbage he hired to run the post office. Our mail carriers have risen above that trash in every way they are to be commended at every opportunity

  6. We have a mastiff that is almost this guys twin. Our fence is about the same height. We could leave the gate open (and some times have by mistake) and he wouldn't leave the yard. Such a good boy.

  7. Our dog loves our mail man too; he leaves 2 biscuits in/on top of the mailbox by our front door every day. Our pup always goes to the fence to greet him; when she see that truck her tail turns into a helicopter!

  8. That looks like a Bull Mastiff, and you have a 3-foot fence around your front yard. Lol! You have a "Good Boy," that he does not jump it. I have a 6-foot spiked wrought-iron fence around my front yard for my German shepherd dog, BUT it is NOT JUST to keep her IN (and to protect others from her, because she is a personal protection-trained dog), but it is to keep people OUT! What a SWEET dog you have, who I am sure would act just like my dog would act, if his family and home were threatened. This was compiled from several wonderful visits, that your sweet boy had with his favorite mailperson, because I see no collar on him, a harnass on him, and a collar on him in different clips. That shows, that this is a daily routine for you and your big guy. I am sure, that the mailperson looks forward to this greeting every day as much as your dog does.
