Did these owners not watch Son’s of Anarchy? Half Sac, almost died from a infected neutrical! He lost one of his real testicals in Afghanistan, so VA supplied a neutrical. It got infected and he almost dies. Who says there’s nothing educational on TV these days?
Their bladders and such would need to be trained … they have never been used and therefor would be atrophied. For that matter they have no clue about holding it or letting it go … its a whole new learning curve for their brains and their bodies.

My brother used a spray collar on his dog when she would bark. After a while, if she saw it she would instantly stop barking.
