  1. That army hovercraft coming on land must have been scary as hell for those beachgoers. But if they were indeed there illegally, they can only blame themselves. Hovercrafts are fascinating crafts. I've been on a few many years ago between Dover and Ostend. Way smaller of course than this behemoth.
The restaurant hit by the waves. People seem to continually underestimate the force of nature. I would have long been out of there already instead of filming.
And that 'OMG' guy sure had a very limited vocabulary, lol!

  2. The train hitting the turbine blade, large loads like that should be pre notified to the rail operators, to give ample clearance time etc.

  3. Mrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view!"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?…"
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment?

  4. The wind turbine blade being hit by the train – anybody count how many times the poor guy said, “Oh My God” “Oh My God” – I think he said that because his brain was to busy trying to process what was happening so he couldn’t form another sentence even if he wanted to. Haha!

  5. The Hovercraft is yet another British invention that has spread Worldwide, it is about 60-70 years old, at least
There used to be huge Hovercraft Ferries operating from Dover to France, so whoever made this video is either retarded or did no real research!

  6. The Russian ship is a Zubr class assault LCAC (Landing Craft Air Cushion). They are the largest LCAC's in the world capable of carrying 150 tons to 80% of the worlds beaches.

The aircraft landing with nose pointed to the side is called a crab landing or crabbing.
