When a racing car crashes, just like sensors are able to deploy airbags or engage traction control or abs, a widespread radio signal should be emitted to all cars so that all engines would cut power to near idle. Anthoine's car would have been much slower since the first Alesi's hit would have cut power to all cars, regardless of the fact that they had either seen and reacted to the accident or not. Juan's car, that was the actual fatal blow, at this point probably might not have even reached Antoine's car.
