  1. How hard would it have been for the dinghy guys to throw a line around the anchor and just tow the fire into open water? Just tooling around wasting gas and getting in "the shot" achieved nothing.

  2. Those total morons in the inflatable should never be allowed on the water. They could have saved the day but their prop wash pushed the burning boat into the dock and the other boats. Rather than pull the burner away by the bow ,away from the heat and flames. Way to go "commodore"!

  3. Youtube Comments: "Why didn't anybody help or call 911?"
Video at 3:09 : Police (obviously from an earlier 911 call) shouting at the dinghy to back off as per protocol (if lives aren't in danger it's just property damage, don't add life endangerment to save property, let the fire department deal with the property issue).

  4. So instead of throwing the rope he has in his hand around the anchor and pulling the moron tries to prop spray the fire. You can see him trimming at 3:44. Right before that some asshole takes the fire extinguisher off the dock and walks away with it, comes back then walks away again without using it or trying to untie the third boat.

  5. Those idiots in the inflatable had PLENTY of time to get a line on the bow and pull it out away from the other boats. And at 3:30 the morons yell at the guy on the dock trying to save the other boat to get away. That dude should have told them to F off and pushed that boat away from the dock. Absolute idiots.

  6. As others have said, get a rope on it, keep it out in the river at the very least.
The first thing I saw was the anchor, you could have put a loop on it, the second thing was the ladder, you could have easily tied to that.

  7. Dudes in the inflatable totally choked, Keeping upwind they could have easily tied off to the bow anchor or simply grabbed it.

No chance anywhere else because of the heat.

  8. The guys in the dingy caused the fire to worsen . A rope on the railing and pull it away was the answer. Stupid people cause stupid problems.

  9. Funny how people don't use their brains at times. The small boat could have safely shoved the burning boat from the front, it could have raised it's prop to create a shower of water..people on the docks could have freed boats………but instead, lets see how many boats get ingulfed in what should have been a one boat fire. Oh well.

  10. I have no words for the morons in dinghy. It would have been so easy to drag that boat away. Some people I just question how they are alive and this dumb.

  11. If any of those other boats belonged to me I'd be looking for those guys in the dinghy they could have at the very least pushed the bow of the boat on fire and got the boat out of there even without putting a line on it that was really dumb and that's the nicest thing I can say here…

  12. I hate to say it, but the dinghy boys are proof that the American attitude of filming and watching instead of reaction has made its way to the waterways.
And before everyone flips out, a 4 second pull could have saved a lot of boat ( yes they had a ton of time ).
