  1. Japan in 2019: Look how good we are doing; We're storing waste water so it doesn't affect the environment.
Japan in 2021: LOOK AWAY!! We're releasing radioactive waste water into the ocean.

  2. The major failure of tepco is: building a nuclear powerplant in a knowingly quake-endangered area. We read that so often in the seismic reports of GEOFON e.g. where shocks do VERY often occur : "off east honshu island" . They have run into this with open eyes. In my opinion.

  3. had no idea the safety systems weren't properly tested but then again that makes me understand how tf the back up generators were left underground in a freaking waterfront power plant… jesus christ what is wrong with people that run these plants, do you not want to keep yourself in a job? that's not going to happen if everyone thinks they're terrified of nuclear power when really all they have to fear is them running it ??

  4. To the older workers at Fukushima, who are still alive, you are among the bravest I have ever heard of and I salute you all. You helped avert a disaster that could have made an entire island of Japan uninhabitable.

  5. All things considered this event was incredibly well handled by everyone involved during the crisis. Seems like a case of too little too late unfortunately.

  6. It seems so odd to me how these plants are accepted to run without people, they should be able to safely function and vent pressure and heat without any human interaction until the cooling water cools all the way down, that way even if everyone just left it would explode and cause a 10000 year problem

  7. That Old workers sacrificing himself for the younger workers is truly respected hero not only for Japan but for entire world also because this nuclear disaster can affect to nearby countries as well

  8. I had watch this video in 0.5x to fully comprehend what the narrator is describing.

Note to the narrator : This video is for the general public.
