The cop shooting the young man was a bad shoot in my opinion, he was only running away and never pulled the gun or pointed it at the officer that he "did" have on him. Appeared to me the officer was never in a life threatening situation to justify deadly force. That said the suspect should just accept the fact they got caught instead of making an already bad situation worse, a weapons charge is a whole lot better than dead.
