I mean it’s a pretty safe assumption that the LEADING technology companies (computing/aeronautics/electronics etc etc) have government contracts – I’m pretty sure apple have at LEAST their next 3 years MINIMUM of phone/computer tech designed and ready to go and they just work it backwards and sell us powered down versions each year for max profit – point being pretty sure the gov gonna pay more so get the latest tech earlier
They had drone tech waaaay before we could mess around with em etc – they gotta test Em too and hard to hide when in the sky right
