Near Death Experience (NDE). Once a trained athlete in peak condition, Joanne Moody suffered a post-pregnancy injury that sidelined her for the next 14 years. Not one to give up easily, Joanne fought to find an answer to her pain year after year. Countless doctors attempted to treat her until finally one recommended a surgeon in France. Joanne and her sisters make the trek only to stare death in the face. At the moment of her greatest pain, God reached down and gave her a promise. I've long stopped praying for healing. I just pray for God's WILL for my existence. I figure, there's no way I can ever go wrong with that prayer. Regardless of how it pains me, or blesses me, His Will Be Done. I asked it long ago. How's that going, you might ask? If I were an animal, I'd have been put down MANY TIMES OVER. Chronic illness, chronic pain and chronic depression riddle my body and mind every second of my existence. I'm trying desperately to find reasons to stay alive. And lately NDE stories have offered me hope when all mine ran dry. My husband made me PROMISE to hold on and stay with him. But at least now life itself might not be as miserable, empty, and feel like such a cruel punishment-which is how it's felt for so long now.

You seem like such a nice lady but you’re unknowingly working for Satan – because your soul cannot separate from your body. We ARE a living soul. In this age of free grace for trusting what Christ has done for us on the cross, there are no miracles of healing or angelic appearances. Paul warns us in Colossians 2:18 to avoid these types of deceptions. Rightly divide the word of truth – our message for today is found only in Paul’s letters written after Israel rejected her Messiah in Acts 28: Ephesians, Colossians, Philippians, 1&2 Timothy, Titus, and Philemon. Realize that it was a demon that appeared to you and stop doing Satan’s bidding. Grace and peace.

Hmm. One might think that the language barrier would've become meaningless at the moment the patient's spirit left her body. Spoken language is propagated via vibration of air molecules that create a mechanical effect that lead to an electrochemical effect inside the ear. To me it is not plausible that a disembodied spirit "hears" French being spoken. I am suggesting that the language barrier ought've become meaningless and that the patient should've heard the "minds" of those speaking so to understand what was being said as the theory of universal consciousness suggests. No disrespect for her testimony, just my two cents on this.

I had a similar experience but He wrapped His arms around me and I felt the same love, only love. I looked down at His arms and saw the scars in his hands and every time I speak of it I cry, but it is tears of gratitude and love for my Lord who loves me completely and I cannot wait to see Him again. He loves us so much, all of us! I was intubated three times and Jesus was there every time and is always with me now, thank you Jesus for loving me so much and giving me the blessing of your presence then and now.
