  1. Fortunately all RNLI boats of that class are self righting and totally watertight. Props to the crew though, I have a friend who is an RNLI volunteer in Fowey, Cornwall, UK

  2. Yes I know fire could take down a mirena quickly it was 19 80 + fort Monroe in Hampton Virginia the whole yacht club and Marina burned down and even made national news that night

  3. Nice someone dumb enough to go surfing in a gale should just be left, if he is saved he will never learn his mistake…thinning the herd lol

  4. Let's see how much money and resources we can waste trying to track down a rogue jet skier.
Cause it's not like the cops have anything better to do.
But hey, had he got a pregnant woman to the hospital and saved a baby or rescued a drowning person this would be a different story…SMFH!!!

  5. Yes, the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institute) vessels are designed to right themselves from fully inverted, but the does not detract from the immense bravery and sacrifice that the VOLUNTEER crew make. This is very evident following the Penlee disaster of 1981 when the 8 strong crew of the lifeboat plus the crew of the stricken ship whose engines had failed that they were attempting to rescue were lost.

Meanwhile, the cause of the risk that these people were taking was some irresponsible fool who decided to decided to venture out in storm force winds.

  6. Sucks seeing fires at marinas .
My grandfather had this big old Chris craft Constellation back in the 1970’s , he had a gas powered pump and hose down below deck and I always asked him “ is this to keep it from sinking?”
I didn’t realize that it wasn’t a transfer pump …. it was a high pressure fire pump…. his answer was “it’s not for me, it’s for everyone else”

  7. Something I haven’t seen since I was knee high to a grasshopper was a pod of porpoises in mortan bay Brisbane Australia I was fascinated watching them following my g/fathers boat as a child
