4. Horrible what she has already suffered, but she now knows some humans are nice to her and she has a fighting spirit and will continue to get better. In time she will be ready for adopting out and I hope the right family gets her. She will need special attention because of her past.

33. This was in the United States. We have a new federal law and now it is a federal felony to Harm any Animal even Turtles. And if this is in the United States, why didn't you have the owner arrested for abuse? They will be given a heavy fine and could spend 7 plus years in a federal penitentiary. People are not reporting these abusers. President Trump signed it into law November 25th 2019. It is now a federal felony. The drag starve beat hang Crush torture dog fights even Turtles are covered under this new law. It is a federal felony. To harm any animal in the United States now, please people use this law and arrest the animal abusers and let them know that we are caring for the animals now that cannot speak for themselves. Do the right thing arrest abusers? See their ass in prison for a long time.
