  1. While this is cute and heart warming, the reality is, this is how weak genetics turns into the fucking apocalypse. When people keep protecting the runt of the litter, eventually we get more runts of the litter. At some point we'll have millions of runts running around. We do this with humans as well. Imagine a runt with the nuclear codes. While you think you're doing the world a service, you're actually bringing on the apocalypse.

  2. Retriever dogs have an instinct to retrieve not to kill, we used to have one to go duck catching and he would never ever kill the ducks, just catch and then release

  3. Put whatever music you want I feel as if stormy was wanting to kill it as it was edited and he chased and I don’t think stormy was chasing to see if it’s okay, also I’m confused as whether stormy went to the neck as a motherly instinct which is verryyyyy unlikely or if it was for the kill where as when a animal who has bigger prey goes for neck, i.e. Ferret to rat neck, Mongoose to snake neck cat to bird neck, and dog to deer neck/ same with every big cat.

  4. Once my lab caught a pigeon from our back yard. We could only see poor birbs head popping out of his mouth. Pigeon was unharmed in the end. Birb flew away later.

  5. I don't think he was trying to save it just saw that it was weak and tried to eat it, dogs are cute and loving animals to there family but the came from wolves which have a strategy of picking weak or baby animals, its any easy meal. When the deer ran it immediately chased and grabbed it down. Just because he was licking it doesn't mean he was grooming it

  6. to the naysayers I suggest to sit on a barb wire fence so you have a reason to be upset.
Dodo, you and all of your stories are the best!
