A Valero Gas Station clerk said he fought back after two menacing burglars stormed in Wednesday afternoon near Fort Lauderdale. Deputies said one of the thieves died.

He'll get charged watch. They'll say he was no longer in danger after they left he had no right to chase them down and take justice into his own hands. The only chance the lawyer will have is the fact that they are fleeing felons with a stolen gun and could harm somebody else. But that usually only works with cops or Bond agents. Will someone explain this to me please? They had fled the store so he was not in imminent danger I assume, when he fired. They were retreating. Then again juries, judges and the legal system always has suprises, they do as they please. What do you think?
