*DISCLAIMER*
If you plan on fishing this spot because of this video, you need to understand that there are many unspoken rules of this inlet, and that you need to be respectful of other fishermen. Spend some time observing, talking and asking questions before you even cast out. Watch how other fishermen fish with each other. And seriously make an effort not to tangle up anyone’s lines. It may be intimidating, but people there are willing to help if they see you putting time and effort in learning.

  1. I camped there a week ago with my dad and we went to the pier at night and people were catching giant bull red drum on live shrimp. Sadly all the shrimp we had were dead and old from being in the bucket the whole day, so we didn't get one 🙁

  2. Sebastian Inlet is my favorite Florida fishing spot. I've fished off the jetties, catwalks, banks, and even more from a small boat. Next favorite is the Fort Desoto area at the mouth of Tampa Bay. Great fishing piers and boat ramps. When pier fishing I normally go to the Sunshine Skyway piers.

  3. I went there in the summer and i all caught was rock fish and tiny blue runners LOL. The little cove back in the intel with the beach is a fun place to scuba dive in when the waters clear. We saw schools of snook and mangrove snapper hangin around. Very cool place

  4. I dont travel much but got to visit Florida earlier this year. Made it a point to stop by here after watching your videos. Didn't catch anything at Sebastian but did see someone hook a GIANT bat ray. The current there is insane. Watching this makes me miss that place so much. Luckily I was able to at least catch a jack crevalle in the keys. I know how Erin felt. Never had to fight a fish as hard as a jack. Anyway been watching your vids since the early days. Nice to see your channel growing, it's well deserved. Come to Cali! we don't have giants but we do have Spotted bay bass, Calico Bass and Sand bass which I think are exclusive to this area.

  5. Can’t keep Reds or Snook till next year in the Tampa Bay my dude. Cause of the red tide. We are sad but at least they will be some monster snook next season.

  6. Just a lil advice so you don’t high stick and break your rod plus it helps move the fish into the net point your rod straight at the fish to Coordinate him into the net

  7. Sebastian Inlet is great place to fishing man..Senko Skipper you can watch one of the YouTuber(Joey Antonelli) catching Goliath Grouper with hand line..the size of fish is truly amazing..
