We met this dog at the veterinary place when we brought the kitten to veterinary . The owner of this dog keep his dog at the veterinary place for treatment that dog. But, he pay for veterinary 10$ per day.

Some people are so stupid, they shouldn't own a cockroach, let alone anything else. That's not even a "dog's life". And you brought a kitten here? I certainly hope you've found a more COMPETENT "vet".
What is needed is to make laws that go against animals welfare they deserve a better life, I ask when people begins this revolution ?. Poor creature, the shell he must have lived ???
