Most of these from countries other than the USA, partly I think because they may not have good warning regulations. One reason why we need “big gov” is because we cannot watch Mother Nature on our own. Though the USA has plenty of “natural disasters”, usually after the wealthy get tax cuts and federal funds for prevention of disasters is cut….thanks to right wingers in power!
