Port Neches, Groves, Nederland and a portion of Port Arthur have been ordered to evacuate Wednesday afternoon following another explosion at the TPC Group plant in Port Neches that sent more flames and smoke billowing into the sky.

This female reporter and her so called experts who inform her are all absolute MORONS!
Its not being burned off, what you are seeing in the plume is unburnt product. Talk to any API inspector that specializes in fired equipment and they will tell you the same. There spherical tanks are the worry now and if they go there is a blast radius of 15 to 20 miles. Don't believe the hype, do some research on the chemicals it's out there.
Help I’m stuck
