First clue your house is haunted is: if you have a pet in a “haunted house” that you moved into and your pet acting weird and seeing things that YOU can’t see and you record things moving and being knocked out your stuff from a certain room, pack your shit and get the hell out of the place and never look back. Simple as that.

In the first one, the dog is so scared, that he sits BESIDE a vacuum cleaner! Most dogs hate vacuums. Of course, maybe he and the ghost, like other commenters, are trying to hint to clean the place. It must have taken awhile to get all that cleaned up in order to move. They must have been really motivated.
