3. Fun Fact of the day for all you "aw" people: Stroking ANY owl will kill it QUICK! Owls take a very long time for their feathers to create oils that protect the feathers and the body over many other types of bird, the oil is still very fine to keep them light and silent in flight, when you "stroke" ANY owl you instantly remove those precious oils, without this protection the bird is open to catching colds and flu, seeming they had never been exposed to these bacteria before their immune system can not fight the germs which KILL the bird within a few days, Stroking a caged for life or "indoor" living owl harms it in the same way, it can also cause dehydration and breakages to the feathers, an owls feathers are immaculate and designed for purpose – ANY tampering with them KILLS THE BIRD! Well done who ever miss-informed or un-knowledgeable idiot thinking you have a dog… and well done WatchnRelax for encouraging the world to stroke owls and in the process KILL them! (told you it was a fun fact). Ps. OWLS don't enjoy it, they cant even see what your doing, they haven't got a clue whats going on, owls have tunnel vision to about and at the very least 50 inches away… FOLKS remember all this for when you go to a fair or event and there is a "owl keeper" encouraging you to touch the owls, its a sign that the handler or owner hasn't got a fucking clue and most probably goes through Owls like pringles at a bbq, an owl can live a long life, the bigger the owl the longer it lives, some owls have reached up to 30 years old!
