Step into the weird and wonderful world of creative dog grooming, where pet groomers gather each year in Hershey, Pennsylvania, to showcase their most outrageous and intricate dog designs. With a $2,500 cash prize on the line, the competition is serious business. The dogs need to be dazzingly shaved, trimmed and coloured in under three hours to be in with a chance of winning the prestigious award.

The Negative Nellie's 100% don't have Standards. Mine would love this much attention focused soely on them and handling their coat. I however wouldn't have the patience. Why even comment without an understanding of the breed's temperament and hair functions. They aren't labs and wag constantly when happy, these dogs are clowns who bond strongly, an agitated or depressed Standard Poodle is easy to spot… At least if you own one and know the breed.
Imagine all of those chemicals, dogs are like a hundred times more sensitive to smell than humans too so for them it must be an awful experience.
Just a reminder that it may look hideous, but the products are in fact pet safe. No pups where harmed by the dye.

While I love most art forms, like I think I was the only one to like the ladylike people paint with their period blood, but this is horrible! Dogs are so stressed during baths and it’s horrible to put them through that over and over again PLUS you have to add more stress with dye!! Why not just give your dog the necessary bath every month or week and a nice combing every day! Dogs aren’t accessories they’re family and friends, is this how you treat your family and friends? No, so why do this to them!!! Here’s an alternative wigs, fun and flashy for those who are less fortunate, just do something that isn’t abuse!!!
