We had lots of rain on September 14 and September 15 when finally the small river passed its bed and flooded most of Kai Bae,
Most other rivers in Koh Chang also brought too much water for their beds, most villages in Koh Chang were badly flooded.
Fortunately no people were injured (to my knowledge)
