I live very close to this park. I go hiking there all the time. The property was once used as a settlement for people who picked cranberries from the nearby bogs, but it's become a small ghost town; the buildings are all there, abandoned and closed to the public. Also in the area is a hotel that was opened by the infamous Al Capone, who used it to smuggle booze (it's now a "hospital" called Crystal Lake where they lock up mentally ill old people with no family to take them, notorious as being a sort of death sentence for the patients because they always die of old age before leaving.) There is also a small cemetary on site, however it's about a mile and a half from this creek. Spooky.
100% a photo shoot. Theres other people on the bridge and half the people in that town believe they are photographers and models. Lots of photoshoots happen there. Lots of creativity at that park.

They are urban legends of a woman in a long white victorian style dress look it up. This could be fake or that is the entity that haunted many people in the past before.
I swear if I saw this, I would try to throw a rock or something or say “hey you”. Lol but that really really creepy.

Intriguing…. She has a reflection too… However, that could be faked as well, but I believe this is legit. Could simply be some woman, some paranormal entity, such as a ghost, mermaid, dragon, serpent dragon/snake, and etc. No idea unless you engage in conversation, or make contact I guess somehow. Even after successfully making contact. You never know if its a paranormal entity, or simply a human. Yeah call me paranoid.
