Sakalakala Vallavan revolves around Velu (Kamal Haasan), an innocent but a vibrant villager. His sister gets molested by Palani (Raveendran) from the rich household. PalaniÕs sister Geetha (Ambika) is also equally arrogant and at one instance insults Velu. Kamal schemes a plan to avenge both the siblings.
