Hi, there a dog i see him every night eating from trash here in my city (morocco) he is so scared he dont let me touch him he run away every time i get close to him. He is got a tight strap which is killing him slowly he can't breath well and he is so skinny because of that strap. Someone fixed that strap on him when he was young but now he is old but that strap is so tight.
There is no association for helping animals here, they are just killing them that's why i dont want to call them.
Can you please help him if you have materials for that? He is dying slowly please ! I can give you the adresse and the place he goes every night to eat.

日本の高校生です。私はつい最近リアルファーや動物実験の実態を知りました。肯定派の方も沢山いますが、私は反対派で動物達がたくさんおりの中に入れられ、もののようにトラックの上から落とされ、人の手に抱かれることも無く吊るされ皮を剥がれている動画を見てしまいました。すっかり脳裏に焼き付き、鬱になりそうですがこれが現状だと考えるととても恐ろしいことです。この動画について、中国の悪い業者の動画で、他の国では安楽死を行ったあとに毛皮をはいでるとおっしゃってる方もいましたが、悪徳でもそうでなくても今でもその様な事をやってるのが事実ですよね。
化粧品のための動物実験も、うさぎなどの物と人間とは目の作りが違うから本当は意味が無いというのをどこかで見ました。安全のために動物実験を行っているのにシャンプーもコンディショナーも目にしみるのは気のせいでしょうか

Growing up in Iran, the children were told "dogs are dirty, they don't belong in the house. Don't touch them, they make you sick, etc." It took me 27 years to start living in the USA and see dogs from a different angle and find them so beautiful and full of love instead of disease. I realized humans are more dangerous for them than they are for us. I am so happy to also see that the new generation in Iran are very different than my generation and they are a lot more animal-loving. However, the problem in Iran is that rulers and government are the clergy or controlled by clergy. This makes the environment not so much dog-loving. The clergy believes keeping dogs as pets is a movement toward Westernization of the society, and it scares the hell out of them. The clergy is losing their grip of the control of youth, which thankfully are way more rebellion than we were. They call it a sin to keep dogs at home and let them live with you; therefore, most of older generations are still against dogs as pets. They believe dogs belong to the outside world to either guard your property or help you with the herd of sheep if you don’t need a guard or don’t have a herd, then you don’t need a dog!
Thankfully a lot of people disagree with this mind set and are trying so hard to save these poor animals from cruelty they face every day. One of these people has built a sanctuary for dogs and even cats in the north of Iran, and named it Sezar Sanctuary. He has posted several videos of his rescues and keeps posting updates of the rescue dogs’ condition. He and his wife have dedicated their life to the street dogs, many of which are abused, sick, have broken limbs, or worse. A lot of people help and support Sezar sanctuary, but it’s not enough. There are simply so many dogs in need of help, but he only has so much resources in a small space.
He even went above and beyond and donated his piece of land to build a much larger facility to let these dogs live there longer until they can be adopted. If you knew how expensive the lands are in north of Iran, you would have understood the scope of his scarify better. I personally donate to his sanctuary, and I thought to share this information with you my fellow animal lovers, so that maybe we can help him reach his goal and save even more dogs in a not-so-much-animal-loving environment. Ben is tough little guy, so happy he's found a good home. I'll never understand how someone can hurt an animal, especially a little pup.
He looks much more alive, stronger and HAPPIER! I'm glad he's got such a better life now 🙂
