During the Isle of Man TT 2017, RST Superbike race, Honda Racing’s Guy Martin unfortunately crashed at Doran’s bend on his first lap. Guy reported that he hit a “box of neutrals” which caused him to berm the kerb and take a tumble.

Thankfully, Guy Martin walked away from the crash with only a bruised wrist and hopefully he’ll be able to continue the rest of his TT 2017 campaign.

  1. That was a very smart fast decision to ditch the bike like that. He would've gone right into the barrier like he said. Nice tuck n roll Guy! Stay alive and keep on racing!?

  2. Do Brits even understand him? I speak for the rest of English speaking earth that the rest of us have no idea what he's saying.

  3. Once or twice rode my Ninja 636 at 140mph in a straight line and if anything had gone wrong I’d have shat. He was going into a CORNER at that speed?

  4. Looks like he was still in shock, from seeing his life flash before his eyes. Coming off at 140mph could be a death sentence, but coming off at that speed in the Isle of Man – he's lucky to be walking around. You've got nothing to prove Guy. Best wishes for this year's run at Bonneville, add another speed record to your tally mate, I hope the salt is kinder to you this year.

  5. I hate fake Neutrals. You either missed a gear or thrown in-between gears and it puts you off in a small fun race. This is frustrating enough on a sportbike for the streets but if you're riding a superbike for the tracks… Now that sucks big time.
