Dololo the baby elephant was found abandoned, injured, and floating in a watering hole. Found by the staff at Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Dololo is slowly recovering and gaining his strength back. Unfortunately, he snuck off into the forest.

Elephants are extremely intelligent. They cry when they’re happy or sad. I believe in the beginning when they found him in that water, he may have been trying to commit suicide after loosing his family. Dolphins do that when they’re in tanks. They’re so intelligent and highly sensitive animals. Thank you for saving these magnificent creatures. ? ❤️
